DO
Use half as much soap as you think you might need. Our washers are high efficiency machines and a little bit of soap goes a long way.
DON’T
Use so much soap that the machine is overflowing with bubbles. It may look awesome, but it’s going to be hard to rinse all of that soap out. Even though our washers rinse twice for every cycle, adding too much soap is still a problem.

DO

Feel free to fill our front load washers full to the top with laundry. They hold a lot! Just leave a little room for the clothes to tumble and you’ll be fine.
DON’T
Use a ramrod to fit your laundry into the machine. If the clothes in the middle don’t get wet, then you might have filled the washer a bit too full.
DO
Use our laundry carts as much as you like. You can even take them out to your car if you need them to load your laundry.
DON’T
Joust.
